HOW Biden's neocon foreign policy with Russia Backfired
Biden's neocon advisors need to be replaced. They have Failed miserably in diplomacy, and their geopolitical plans have Backfired.
Biden's neocon plan to weaken Russia has Backfired
The two main tools of the US and its allies to crush countries that dare to challenge its goal of global dominance have been its armed forces and its strategy of economic sanctions.
Since the end of the Cold War in 1991, the US has carried out 251 military interventions (compared with 218 operations in the 200 years prior). Together with NATO, the US has become accustomed to invading and devastating countries with little military defense capacity, such as Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya and Syria. However, over time they have not been able to control these countries, as their interventions can easily be seen as complete failures.
Something similar occurs in the case of sanctions: more than 20 countries are currently under White House sanctions, and some of the more fragile countries have had their economies wiped out, like Venezuela, Cuba, Iraq and Zimbabwe. Though the deluded neocon goal of "regime change" has rarely been achieved, and the result is always tragic for the people.
And in regards to Russia, neither of these tactics have worked. In fact, they have 'backfired'. For instead of “weakening Russia” militarily and economically, their plans have resulted in Russia gaining much more military and economic strength!
Militarily, Biden's 'neocon strategy' of encouraging Ukraine to prolong a war with Russia (since 2014) – rather than make a peace deal – was intended to “weaken” the Russian military. But the very opposite has happened.
Russia's military is now, and in the years ahead will be, Very Very Strong, and now they have a lot more practice in fighting difficult wars. And all due to the Biden neocon morons, who over the past 20 years have failed in about every foreign intervention they attempted – culminating this time in warring against the superpower Russia, via Ukraine, and bringing us all to precipice of a nuclear world war. And in addition, Russia and China have formed a Military Alliance –– that would crush US-Nato forces if push comes to shove, or if the US threatens Russia in their proxy war using the Ukrainian army. Thus, the arrogant neocon plans to “weaken Russia”, along with their fantasy of humiliating Russia on the battlefields of Ukraine, have completely Backfired and have resulted in a new China-Russia Military Alliance.
And what is the World Opinion on the US and their proxy war in Ukraine?
– The European Council of Foreign Relations has just published a survey on public opinion in the countries of the US-Europe axis, plus China, India, Russia, and Turkey (a NATO member). Even after a year of a constant Western media campaign to demonize Russia, most people in these four southern countries, amounting to about three billion people, want the war to end as soon as possible, even if it means accepting Russian control of territory previously belonging to Ukraine. Furthermore, 80% of Indian, 79% of Chinese, and 69% of Turkish people believe that Russia is an "ally". In addition, most African countries have maintained excellent economic and political relations with Russia and have not forgotten the role of the Soviet Union in their anti-colonial struggles against the European powers. Last year, Zelensky tried to convene a meeting with the African Union, but only four countries showed up.
Secondly, what about the economic sanctions?
Success? Absolutely Not !
Due to the imposed sanctions on Russia and the grabbing of more than $300 billion in private-sector assets of Russian people and companies, Russia has been rapidly building its own domestic economy and resilience, independent of the US financial and trade system, and Russia has moved on to build stronger economic ties with the powerhouse of China, India, and many others. In other words, the neocon fantasy of destroying the Russian economy and bringing about a US-favorable regime change has all Backfired, and the number of countries that agreed to apply sanctions against Russia represent only 25% of the world's GDP. The other 75% either kept their trade with Russia or increased their trade. Another win for Russia. And a big win for China and India, as well, because the US-alliance imposed sanctions fundamentally brought about a newly powerful economic alliance that is now gathering steam to significantly compete with the US and EU alliance.
China, for example, has increased its trade with Russia by 34.4%, while India has become the largest buyer of Russian oil and nearly quintupled its trade with Russia over the last year. The three countries are partners in the BRICS and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, the pillars of a growing movement of Global South countries seeking a greater voice in determining their future.
The new geopolitical economic bloc called BRICS is an evergrowing cohesive economic rival to the US led G7 bloc of advanced economies, and the Biden neocons have very successfully weakened the US and G7 economic future throughout the world. In addition, there is now an increased awareness among Global South countries that it is necessary to strengthen the regional and global initiatives that are "not aligned" with Western hegemony. More than 20 countries have already expressed interest in joining the SCO or BRICS in the last months, and more countries have created alternative mechanisms to the use of the US dollar - so often used by Washington as a "political weapon." China has already made agreements for the use of local currencies with about 25 countries, and the BRICS countries are studying the implementation of a mechanism that would allow them to bypass the dollar. And now, after this new China, Saudi, and Iran cooperative friendship, which also undoubtedly includes Russia as well, the BRICS nations will dominate the global energy sector of oil and gas, which shows America's loss of Energy geopolitical power. Moreover, this shows the beginning of a significant down-slide of US economic power in the Middle East and throughout the world.
In summary, the US neocons and their corporate greased thinktanks should step-down from their foreign policy positions and their deceptive influence in American politics – or else they should be removed – because they continually Failed, harmed the Economy, and are responsible for hundreds of thousands of deaths and injuries from their reckless proxy war in Ukraine and by their continuing advice to Ukraine to “keep on fighting the Russians!”, “our weapons and your blood”.

A Prime Example of a different kind of Foreign Policy that is not Conflict-fueling (as is the US neocon policy) … is China's Peace-building Foreign Policy. China's geopolitical peace approach is an economic Win – rather than being an economic Loser, as is the US neocon approach. For instead of using their military to threaten other nations into an economic alliance, as does the US neocon strategy, China’s Foreign Policy is based on Regional and Global Peace, in the realisation that global economic trade and economic progress is facilitated by an environment of Peace not war.
On March 10 2023, China's diplomatic team facilitated an important step towards Peace in the Middle East, between Saudi Arabia and Iran, as the two regional archrivals agreed to reestablish diplomatic relations after seven years of hostility. Analysts say that this new diplomatic agreement could have wide-ranging implications for the Middle East, and it is a large diplomatic victory for China in a Gulf region that has long been considered part of the US’ domain of influence. But of course the Biden administration remains quiet about this, as it is certainly an embarrassment for them that China is now the major peace-broker in the Middle East. The Biden diplomatic team, if they could even be called that, have failed miserably in every avenue and in every region of peace diplomacy, and they have even brought us all into the brink of a world war - due to their incompetence.
The Wall Street Journal commented that the peace deal mediated by China would “jolt the geopolitics of the Middle East”. And according to the New York Times, this deal marks a “reordering of the usual alliances and rivalries, with Washington left on the sidelines... The Americans, who have been the central actors in the Middle East for the past three-quarters of a century, almost always the ones in the room where it happened, now find themselves on the sidelines during a moment of significant change.” The Chinese, who for years played only a secondary role in the region, have suddenly transformed themselves into the new power player. “This is a big deal,” said Amy Hawthorne, from the Project on Middle East Democracy, “China’s prestigious accomplishment vaults it into a new league diplomatically and outshines anything the U.S. has been able to achieve in the region since Biden came to office.” https://www.nytimes.com/2023/03/11/us/politics/saudi-arabia-iran-china-biden.html
This peaceful reconciliation is another success for China as it expands its diplomatic outreach in the Arab world. In December, Chinese President Xi Jinping was welcomed in the Middle East in an extravagant ceremony with 14 Arab heads of state. That was just months after Joe Biden visited the Middle East, accomplishing nothing significant.
This mediated agreement shows China's diplomatic philosophy of peaceful diplomacy, peaceful coexistence, mutual respect, and win-win cooperation – unlike America's current neocon “diplomacy.” The handshake between Saudi Arabia and Iran demonstrates that no matter how complicated the problems are and how acute the challenges are, conducting equal dialogue in the spirit of mutual respect can lead to a solution accepted by all.
Moreover, this agreement is an exemplified success of China's 'Global Security Initiative' announced in 2022, which states the intention to "uphold the principle of indivisible security, build a balanced, effective and sustainable security architecture, and oppose the building of national security on the basis of insecurity in other countries. China's peacemaking geopolitical approach is different from the US neocon policies of fueling regional conflicts and instability, justified as furthering “US Interests” (meaning …the interests of US wealthy investors and corporations).
